| | i was how you could tell the difference if all the decals are takin off of the bike, i honestly didnt even kno that there was a zx6rr and a zx6r (636) in the year of 2004. but i found a zx6r 636 for a pretty cheap price so i was doing a little research on it to find out a little bit about it and found the zx6rr and they look o most exactly the same and th eone i am going to buy does not have any decals so how do i kno what bike it is the zx6rr or the zx6r 636 m and what bike is faster than the other. thanks for your help . |

| for one thing, the RR only came in lime green. the 636 came in four colors, (one of wigh was also lime green), so if its any of the other colors, its a 636. Also, definitively, the RR has a black frame, the 636 has the shiny aluminummy looking frame.
if I recall comparison tests stated that the 636 was a touch more powerful (especially at lower rpm) due to the added 37 cc (the RR is actually a 599, not a 600), but maybe not quite as sharp cornering, as it was not designed for race modification, as much as the RR was. I know the biggest difference is the power/displacement, though. For real world riding, it doesn't much matter which one this bike is, it will be quick and have great handling and (more importantly) great braking.
Try to find out why the bike has no stickers. Were they peeled off for the look of it, or were they scraped off in crashes, and not replaced when the bodywork was painted or replaced? If its the latter, you'd want a thourough inspection for other damage to the bike before buying it.

| I couldn't say without riding them. I've ridden the GSXR 600 and it seemed good, but I honestly wouldn't pick between multiple bikes without riding each of them to see how they feel. the bikes you listed are very similar performance wise, and unless you plan to race them, comfort will be the most important difference between them, because it will have a greater effect on how much you like the bike in the end.
