Hey y'all I'm a newbie dirt rider and I was wondering what y'all think a good bike would be for me? I'm 5'3" and weigh 130. I learned to ride on a 1972 Yamaha DT250, but I'm ready to get something newer to continue my track, trail and woods riding on. I love woods riding. But I want to race one day too. Any sugestions?

I would say go with 2002 and up Honda CR 125. They are very reliable bikes. They have a great power band are easy to work on. Don't get anything older than 2002 because those years are hard to find parts for. Anyways, 2 strokes are the best because they are easy to start, easy to ride, and cheaper to repair than four strokes. Let me know what you get.

Also, Honda is the best make or motorcycle unless you can get something from Italy, like a TM.
