| Hey y'all I'm a newbie dirt rider and I was wondering what y'all think a good bike would be for me? I'm 5'3" and weigh 130. I learned to ride on a 1972 Yamaha DT250, but I'm ready to get something newer to continue my track, trail and woods riding on. I love woods riding. But I want to race one day too. Any sugestions?

| | I would say go with 2002 and up Honda CR 125. They are very reliable bikes. They have a great power band are easy to work on. Don't get anything older than 2002 because those years are hard to find parts for. Anyways, 2 strokes are the best because they are easy to start, easy to ride, and cheaper to repair than four strokes. Let me know what you get. |

| | Also, Honda is the best make or motorcycle unless you can get something from Italy, like a TM. |
