My Brute Force will not start when the motor is cold, if you are able by chance to get it started you have to hold the gas on by hand
to keep it running, the choke in on position will make it crap out.
Once it's warm it run and starts fine, anybody had this issue?

Where did you get those setting from?
The book calls for 0.20 - 0.25 on the exhaust & 0.10 - 0.15 inlet
cold settings.
Mine are within the factory range settings.
Where were your settings, before you did your adjustments?
And was that cold are hot settings? ( before and after adjustments )

It was the valves needing adjustment, and the choke was hanging up a little bit, 0.11 on intake & 0.22 on the exaust and starts & runs fine.;
