i recently bought a mint '96 eliminator but it ran a little rough. once i heard it, i knew it was a carb problem. sure enough, 2 carbs with clogged jets and one with a sticky vacuum valve. all easily fixable. so now all air and fuel passages cleared, needle jets working as they should, carbs synched and all, it still hesitates just a bit. my guess is it has to be the pilot air screw. so my question is how many turns from all the way in is standard? 1.5? 2? also, i'm refering to the screw they hide under a plug which is sealed.
thanks for any help
Bob
