The owners said it sank last summer and they have not started it since.. I took it home and it runs. New battery. The problem i am having is when I take it out on the water to test.. It will only go 7mph and wont rev when u hit the throttle.. But when i put it in reverse it goes like crazy. When i test it at home hooked into water it rev's up like crazy as welll... ANyone know what could be causing this problem????
