| | How do you change the transfer case oil and where are the fill and level plugs? |

| | If you have the stock exhaust it is a pain in the ***. The fill is the large round plug behing the exhaust on the side of the transfer case adn you have to pull the exhaust off. The fill is jus below the fill on the bottom of the transfer on the same side. |

| I pulled the OEM exhaust for the first transfer case oil change and it WAS a pain. Since then I have been draining it (best to let it drain overnight) then using the "check hole" to fill it. I use a trigger type oil can. It helps to warm the oil up. Take your time and when the oil starts running out of the check hole, put the plug in and wipe everything off.
Make sure the bike is level when you are filling it. |
