| | I am putting some slash cut cobra pipes on my bike. How big a gain in hp can I expect? The shop installing the pipes is going to tweak the main jet with a washer. If this does not work, I will get a complete jet kit. What gain in hp can I expect from getting it jetted? |

| | I have these pipes on my Spirit 750 along with the jet kit. Although I do not know the exact dyno results, I can tell you that the bike accelerates significantly better and it opens up the top end so that cruising at 55+mph is much more effortless. You will definitely need the jet kit to realize any real gains. Visit thundermfg.com for dyno charts. I am installing a Hypercharger kit from Thunder Mfg this Friday - this is supposed to add 5 more hp over the pipes and jet kit. Can't wait... |

| I would not put cobra anything on a shadow spirit, i put a set of slash cuts on one of my spirits it didnt sound good at all, i replaced them with vans and hines cruiser pipes sound is second to none i would also have it rejetted without it their is a delay in the throttle response.I have customized 15 shadow spirits this year.
