| Hello,
I am looking for a little insight from fellow riders as to which bike to get...I have a few choices in mind--mostly Hondas...first off I am 5'3"/140...so this has posed more than a couple problems when bike shopping...my first bike, a 79 GS550, was too tall so somehow I allowed myself to purchase an 06 Ninja 250...now nothing against the bike, it's a wonderful begginer bike...but I've been riding for about 4 years and do alot of trail riding so the power and handling was less than impressive in my opinion.
So back to my topic...I would like to purchase a bike that won't need upgraded in 2 years...but weight/height/handling are the biggest factors I am considering...so what I'm looking at are:
VTX1300S
Sabre 1100 (shy away from the rims and only 2 color choices)
Aero 750
Vulcan 900 Classic
If you haven't guessed it by now, I like the retro/classic look...it was what attracted me to the Aero, that and it's the ONLY bike I have ever in my life been able to sit on and touch the ground with both feet and even hold onto the handlebars in an upright position...but I am worried that the power may be lacking and with the windy days it may be a little light...
Any tips or input would be greatly appreciated...especially if there's any ladies out there who have had experience with these bikes...thanks so much
