| I have a 01 KX125 with similar problems. Everybody says its normal for that year. I'm running a PC Works pipe, Boyesen RAD,and shorty silencer. I went to a #45 pilot jet, 2.5 turns out on the air screw, #2 clip position and hotter plug. It still burns a little rich but cut down on the black ooze a little. I'm going to try a #40 pilot and then check the main jet. Hope this helps.

| If you have spooge (dripping oil) you are not running hard enough. It is good you are running race fuel, but you do not mention what kind. For a stock bike, run VP MS-103, 32:1 with Castrol TTS, Rock Oil Synthesis 2, or Phillips 66 Xamax. Jetting should be 45 pilot, 340 main, needle in 3rd clip.
A modded bike, (porting, shaved head, modded squish band) needs race fuel full time. Run VP Ultimate 2, MR2, or Phillips 66 P45 with any of the above oils. |

| | your premix seems high, try the 32:1 ratio (standard on many premix) and rejet the carb. also a iCAT would be a good mod. to fix this problem |
