I purchased a 2007 kawasaki vulcan 1600 classic. I hear a rattle that I do not know where it is coming from. Anyone else know about this? Also when changing gears at recommended mph i hear a squeal. Any ideas?

I had the same issue, i found that under the throttle, where the break lines attach, there is metal bracket holding both throttle line & front break line in place is loose. I tried to tighten myself since it was a phillips screw but its the bracket itself was put on backwards. The bracket has a very slight angle to add pressure to the line tubes. take it back to your dealer since still under warranty no charge. Happy Riding, Great bike!

Also, sometimes there is a rattle from the headlight cage from all the wires and connectors in there. I took my headlight out and wrapped everything in foam and I don't hear anything now.
