| It sounds like evryone loves the RXP, but would you recommend the 2007 RXP for rough water and wake jumping.

| The best boat you can buy period. It does excellent in rough water, the best riding ski on the market. It rides like a CADILLAC on water.

| Do not buy an RXP, period.... but if for some idiotic reason you do, don't expect it to handle well in rough water.
I can't seem to find it right now, but there is a similar PWC website with a whole bunch of RXP "OH CRAP" pictures. Some were of actual PWC races where the RXP's just go off in one direction for no reason at all. One guy was doing about 60mph in a straight away and his RXP decided to yank him the other direction and he side swiped another driver.
The RXP has a lot of balls out the hole and top end, but other than that it's not a very well built ski.
I spent the whole 2004 summer getting walked by some RXPs whilst on my 2003 GP1300R. So in 2005 I bought an RXP, and let me tell you, it was the worst $11,000 I've ever spent! I was always leary about buying a Sea doo from always hearing bad things, and now I know why. The Super charger was rebuilt twice (under warranty), the pump fell apart, the prop spun the hub, the throttle cable disconnected, the exhaust system leaked and choked out the engine, and my instrument panel has been replaced 3 times. Thankfully I bought the extended warranty and it didn't cost me anything, but I spent my 2005 and 2006 Memorial Day, 4th of July and other miscellanious weekends on land!
I've since sold and bought a 2006 gp1300R. I have $13,000 total invested and it does 73mph on GPS.
