| | Actually I would say that Harley is following Victory these days. Victory was the first American cruiser to have a six speed transmission standard on all models (except the 8 Ball), Victory had the larger displacement motor at 100 CI that Harley is trying to meet by upping the 88 CI engine to 96 CI. Now I am a fan of both for different reasons. Harley tends to stay true to its roots (other than the V-Rod of course), where as Victory is continually looking to improve and inovate. There is nothing wrong with being a Harley guy, but there is also nothing wrong with trying something else. How else can we find what best fits us as individuals? |

Better question...
When will people stop caring what Harley does? If their quality is sub-par, don't buy one. If they are overpriced, don't buy one. etc, etc, etc.
Buy a Honda, I here they are very nice. |

| Isn't it odd that the most ardent Harley defenders seem to have problems with punctuation, syntax, grammar and spelling (even though Spell Check is just a 'click' away)?
Screaming Eagle pipes and the creaking of overpriced leather with HD logos must be adequate communication devices among this closed group of under-educated, or under-achieving, Neanderthals.
One can NEVER get a straight answer as to any product concern from this lot...just sarcastic, defensive non-responses. Especially from dealers and salespeople! |
