When will Harley Davidson quit investing in looks and invest in perfomance?!

Actually I would say that Harley is following Victory these days. Victory was the first American cruiser to have a six speed transmission standard on all models (except the 8 Ball), Victory had the larger displacement motor at 100 CI that Harley is trying to meet by upping the 88 CI engine to 96 CI. Now I am a fan of both for different reasons. Harley tends to stay true to its roots (other than the V-Rod of course), where as Victory is continually looking to improve and inovate. There is nothing wrong with being a Harley guy, but there is also nothing wrong with trying something else. How else can we find what best fits us as individuals?

Better question...

When will people stop caring what Harley does? If their quality is sub-par, don't buy one. If they are overpriced, don't buy one. etc, etc, etc.

Buy a Honda, I here they are very nice.

Isn't it odd that the most ardent Harley defenders seem to have problems with punctuation, syntax, grammar and spelling (even though Spell Check is just a 'click' away)?

Screaming Eagle pipes and the creaking of overpriced leather with HD logos must be adequate communication devices among this closed group of under-educated, or under-achieving, Neanderthals.

One can NEVER get a straight answer as to any product concern from this lot...just sarcastic, defensive non-responses. Especially from dealers and salespeople!

This is funny in so many ways. God forbid something is spelleded rong. I better click "spell check" to be sayfe. Grow up idiot. This thread is about a motorcycle, not proper grammar.
