Please someone give me the order of assembly. The IPB at the Honda dealership shows the spring and washer on the outside of the case however, it doesn't seem right because, why would you want to compress the spring with washer on the outside of the engine. The service man in Hickory NC even agrees with the IPB drawing. Yet I find this difficult to beleive. I don't have a service manual and my owners manual is at my other residence in South Carolina.
