| | I HAVE A 06 MEAN STREAK. DO YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH TIRE NOISE IN REAR OR NOISE IN TRANSMISSION? WHEN I HIT ABOUT 35-40MPH I GET A WINDING NOISE, THEN WHEN I HIT 62-68 I GET A VIBRATION THROUGHOUT THE BIKE? IS THIS NORMAL? |

| i have the same bike, bought used 2 weeks ago with 3300 miles. have added 1400 miles to it in the last 2 weeks, but have not had any of those issues you mention - so far.
Have you figured it out by now? Or did it disappear?

| | I get a kind of vibration when I am on the Highway at these speeds as well, but put it down to crosswinds on certain roads, check if this is relative to your problem. Regarding the transmission noise can't say I have noticed any more noise than usual, of course I don't have experience of riding other cruisers so I am not sure what the level of noise is for these kind of bikes. |
