| Dear ATV Testers,
My question covers the following: What is the best ATV to fit my needs and help me find joy and develop pride in ownership. I'm trying to make a choice between the Suzuki King Quad, Honda Rincon, Can-Am 800 Max and the Yamaha Grizzly. I am an highly experienced outdoorman and I want to explore more and better areas during my time outdoors. I want total reliability, comfort, smooth riding, adequate power, staying power, a strong warranty, good lasting looks and a machine I can be proud to own for years to handle riding in the swamps, mountain, open fields, transporting my wife and equipment and harvested game back to the point of origin.
My brother owns a Honda Rubicon, thats he's satisfied with, but he talks about better power while traveling loads.
I thank you so very much for your help.

| I used to work at a dealership in my hometown, heres what I think about the Big Bore 4x4's...
Polaris (twin cylinder): Known to be the most comfortable due to better seats & suspension; also, they're tank-like in toughness but are heavy.
Can-Am (twin cylinder): Expensive but the most powerful (and fastest). Built more for play than work They'll still work but they are one of the first signs of the utility class crossing over to include sport attributes. There's a reason why entire race teams ride them.
Kawi (twin cylinder): Chasing Can-Am. Powerful, but not as refined as the rest when it comes to other parts like lighting, onboard storage, and in my opinion overall fit-'n'-finish.
Suzuki (single cylinder): Fast! 72 mph. biggest single cylinder around, with solid trans and simple 4x4 & diff lock systems. adjustable suspension, good lights, comfortable, very responsive. Easy to read gauge. My Personal choice and what I own.
Yamaha: (single cylinder): Less motor than the above. Lightest with Suzuki. Competitive with the KingQuad in most respects yet bested overall. No third light though. Many satisfied & loyal riders.
Honda: Relatively least motor, little suspension travel, etc. Lackluster in comparison to the others except in one area, reliability. While most Honda's are plagued by mediocrity, they often stand the test of time better than other.
