| | I have a '04 Sea-Doo RXP, When i bought it i was told that it would go about 70mph but when i took it out i only toped 50mph, just wondering if anybody would know why it didn't top at 70mph? |

| The supercharger is out!! Listen for the wistle noise if not there then the charger is gone. That's the only reasoning for the 50mph. It should be topping out around 70 on the Dreamometer. You need to take it to a dealer and have them order a new charger and probably call the person who sold it to you because they new what was wrong. Those charges can be pricey but until you get it fixed you're missing all the fun, those engines are designed to run with the charger working so instead of the factory 215 horse power you now have 150 or less!!

| | my friend had that problem before. The dealer replaced all spark plugs. now it back to normal. try this first. good luck |

| | check your rpm's they should be between 7950 and 8150 if your engine is running properly. |
