Has anyone had any problems with the variable exhaust.
I've been using the cheaper Polaris oil But I am told that it is not the right stuff to use. The sled is sputtering and I am told I need to clean the exhaust valves.
Does anyone know the best way top clean these exhaust valves and what to look for?

Well, seeing that you are using cheap oil on a VES is a bad idea. You need synthetic 2-stroke oil for you sled. Check with your dealer and manual for exhaust valve service.

You have to use the synthetic oil with the ves valves. The best way to clean them is to put them in oven cleaner or gas. Dont use any type of acid though. Then scrape the excess stuff off with a razor blade
