| go to yamahamotor.com and download the owners manual. changing oil is easy, but the filter is a pain. i have not changed mine yet as i cant figure it out. but the first filter change is at 12,000 miles. I am going to change mine sooner if i can figure it out. but changing the oil is easy. rick
