First and foremost.
I was not a cat person.
I road Yamaha for a long time.
Lately 98,99, 2001,and 02 SRX 700
Fast ride, no question.
I decided to try something different..ditch bash??? why not.
I purchased an 04 F6 efi Snowpro.
1.375 track and 122 1.50 nails (give or take on a good day)
Bulls eyes in the air box, 020 zr belt
riding high and clutched d+d helix gray spring prim. and Black second.
And a set of big dogs in the prim. wound on the first setting.
Factory Piped.
Suspen...(the most important part) take the time and set it up for you.

Now for your answer.....

I ride with a lot of Polaris freaks...they made fun of me buying Cat.
No more!
This sled is set up for hole-shot and rarely losses in 600 feet regardless of what might be running.
600 700 800s twins..triples... it just does it's thing. It's been beat but mostly by other Cat's (F6-F7)or someone who spent tons of cash togo fast.
Now to lake running...
beyond 97-98 mph...if you got the go then the Cat's cooked.(It's not a SRX,XCR or Mach that for sure)
But a fun sled to ride....trail,ditch or deeper snow.

hell no. no polaris will ever touch an arctic cat. there is no competition.
