I have a new 2004 340 two-up sled I am having a problem with the sled, after riding for a 1/2 to 1 hour, when I stop and shut it off the sled will start, but, if I hit the gas to go it bogs down and has no power the sled does not move. After waiting 20-30 minutes I can restart the sled and it will work fine until I stop again. What do you think could be wrong?

Don't know if this will help or not. I had a 99 Polaris xcf that did the same thing. After the shop checked and replaced all kinds of things they finally realized that the brake disc was heating up and warping or swelling. They checked and found that there was a recall on the disc. The stock disc was not a solid piece and it had holes in it which weakened it's integrity. After 20-30 mins the brake cools down and you can move the sled again. Just something to check. Good luck

Bill, did you ever figure out what was wrong with the sled and the bogging down after riding and restarting? I have the same sled I bought for my girlfriend and was hoping you could give me an idea of future trouble and how this problem may have been fixed. Thanks
Mike
