| On the 03, 04, & some 05 AN650's there has been a "deiseling" sound reported. It is, in fact, a vibration the gearing & clutches in the SECVT transmission that Suzuki uses and is only heard at idle, under any kind of load, the sound ceases immediately. Mine has it, and I have experienced no ill effects to date, 7200 miles later. Suzuki apparently is aware of it and a "fix" was introduced in Europe that a) never made it to North America & b) isn't very effective. I don't find it all that annoying, & generally just ignore it.
