| How are the brakes on the Vino 125? and how do they handle hills/ long grades, I live in a area where there are hills every where. And are they worth the money?

| | I have about 300 miles on mine. Brakes are very good. I'm surprised there is "engine drag" to help you slow down, so that also helps. The more miles I put on the scooter the smoother it gets and also starts better than when it was new....I'm liking it more and more... |

| The brakes are the best of any motorscooter I've ridden, as good as most motorcycles. The Vino 125 has a hydraulic disc brake in front and a drum in the rear.
I live in a very hilly town and the Vino does just fine on hills. It is very well made and handles exceptionally well.

| The Vino 125 will handle any hills/grades. The only consideration will be how fast you want to tackle them. Depending on the grade you can go 40 MPH all the way down to 15 MPH on the steepest grade going through the Rocky mountains. See my posting on cross-country riding. These are definitely the most dependable and most bang for the buck.
