Thanks

| My Ruckus runs an indicated 35 mph on level ground, 25-30 mph up most hills (of which there are plenty here in WNC) and I am told it gets about 65-70 mpg. I just purchased mine two days ago so I can't verify the mpg, but I have put nearly 60 miles on the tank of gas my dealer gave me and the gas light (which comes on with .30 of a gallon to go) has yet to light up, so I would say that estimate is accurate. As far as riding, I don't have experience on other scooters, but as an inexperienced two wheeler (powered or unpowered) I find it a delight to ride. It turns easily and stops quickly. It has adequate power to keep up with in town traffic and is extremely quiet (about half as loud as a gas powered golf cart). I do wish it had some enclosed storage space, but I feel certain Honda will probably offer a custom bag to fit uner the seat in the near future. They are very affordable. I paid $2200 for mine out the door with a helmet and financed it for three years. My monthly payment is $76 (about the same as my car insurance). I would definitely reccommend this scooter.

| I LOVE MY RUCKUS! I can only tell you in Canada about the mileage, but maybe you'll be able to convert it. The dealer I bought it from said it would get 200m to the gallon. But since I'm from Canada this didn't mean too much, but it gave me a ballpark... I spent $3.50 to full up the tank. (That was at 8.79/litre) and I drove for a grand total of 165 km... So I guess if 1 mile is 2.2 kms than thats 363 miles per tank! Wow!

| | Hi steve. The the speedometer reads 40 mph as top speed, and i've ridden at that speed. However, i don't like to ride full throttle for too long. Mileage is unbelievable, compared to a car--over 80mpg. The ride is fun. Sits rather low though--29 inches. |

| Hi,The Ruckus is PURE FUN!! I ride it everywhere. The Ruckus will do 40mph (more like 38mph but if you stream line yourself it'll hit 42mph) I'm on the hunt for a big bore kit right now. If I can get it to do 55mph that would be PERFECT!! The ride is actualy very soft compare to other scooters. The suspension is nice. (not to soft and not too stiff) My friend has a Yamaha Zuma and the Ruckus rides much better. I actualy rode it for 3 hours straight and was fine. They did a great job on the seats. As for milage, they say 113mpg. I fill up when the gas light comes on. The book says you have 30+ miles left when the light comes on but I don't take my chances.
Hope this little info help. Trust me you won't be disappointed when you get one!

If you get one i highly recomend going to the iridium spark plug.

| i love my ruckus! it gets approx. 85mpg, and it can do 35mph without any problem, and if you have a couple of blocks of uninterrupted throttle, it will hit 40mph. because of the large tires and large (compared to most other scooters) wheelbase, it handles great- i take it on dirt trails and it behaves like a dirtbike, and on the street it handles like a small motorbike.
this is the 4th scooter i've owned, and i believe it's the best so far. plus, it's legally classified as a motorized bycycle, so there's no insurance requirements- in fact, in kansas you don't even need a driver's license!

| | The new ruckuses only go 40 mph. but thy're still fun as heck!!! They've got pretty decent mileage but i'm not exactly sure how much. They are a verry comfortable ride and pretty smooth at that. I reccomend you get one but I don't have one, only ridden my dad's... but that's my advice. |

| They go up to 40mph. I'd say the 0-40 is like 9 seconds if ure like 170 pounds. I get like 100 miles on a tank (which is like 1.3 gallons i think). The reserve lasts like 15 miles. And it is not that heavy to push if you run outta gas near a gas station. It rides great. I've only fell off it twice, and both times were in the same place. Theres a section of my street that has sand, which makes the road really slippery. Other than that just watch out for big pebbles on the road.
