I have an 2006 KFX 700. I installed a HMF dual exhaust & jet kit. The 1st day i ran the bike it ran like poor. Since then the back cylinder (r/s exhaust runs real fat. left side burns clean. any ideas???

By any chance, when changing the jets, did you remove the needle seat nozzle or just the jet itself? Just thinking that maybe the needle on the slide for one of carbs was bumped off of its JC clip and is permitting an improper metering of fuel mix.
Also check if the carbs are still in sync. at low end and following each other going into the higher RPMS
2 vacuum guages will be needed for this.
