2006 Polaris Sportsman 450Expand / Collapse

ive got a polaris 450 sortsman and it bog out going up hills , it seems like your in revers and not holding in the override button in whats wrong with it ??????

Mine does the same thing! I have found that if I'm going up steep hills that I have to put it into Low or else it bogs out. I don't know what the problem is or even if there is one. I'm sure it has to do with how it is geared, however putting it into low work great!!

well no sh!t you guys, high is only for high speed runs, low is for slow techniquical stuff. if you ride in high all the time, slow to medium speed, check your belt, it'll be worn.

My 450 done the same thing it even cut off with me on a hill. I took it back to the dealer 3 times and finely got them to rejet the cabarator . I no longer have any problems.
