ypu have a short in your plug wire. Tape or high temp seal will fix problem.

Have you had any luck resolving this issue? I have a 2007 and the second time I took it out for a day trip (the first time it really ever seen any major water) it stalled everytime we went thru a puddle. My son rides this and it was quite the nussiance.

I took it in and they found that the port tube between the carb and the head was cracked. I am not 100% convinced that this was the problem. I got it back from the shop yesterday and spent some time with the garden hose. It stalled a few times. I fear that it will cause me grief the next time we are out on the trail.

I am interested if others have experience the same issue and what they may have tried to solve it.

TIA

Jason
