| Has any one had a problem with a timing chain guide rattling in the base and wearing the crank case out were it sits . This has seem to be a problem with the 05 650 brute force in canada any way . This allows the engine to jump time and destroy the hole top end ,piston, cylinderwalls, connecting rod, crank shaft, and also the crank case. So if anyone has a connection to the were abouts of a motor for a 2005Kawasaki Bruteforce 650 KVFplease let me know.Kawasaki is willing to cover $2000 dollars of the $6000 bill for the parts.

| My '05 Brute Force is 2 years old now, and my KAWA service says they don't want to touch it. There is a very loud clanging in the motor and the CVT belt is shot AGAIN and visible gears are all but destroyed. I never mistreated this machine in any way, and kept it serviced, so why ?
What do you finally do with your '05 BF ATV ? |
