help! does anyone know of a good rejet-pipe combo for the Pegaso? love the bike but hate the idle issue. the bike is completely stock w/1200 miles. I also want to remove the C.A. emmisions can.

I like my Remus GP pipes. I live at sea lvl., changed to a K&N filter # BM1298, went to a 42.5 pilot jet and raised(richened) the needle one notch. Of course the bike is now louder but has picked up 1000rpms on both ends of the powerband (2k to 8.5k now). It will also idle at 1.2k without concern. You know of course that you should take off all the emissions crap, vent the hoses to the air, and plug up all of the carb vacuum inlets to that stuff. The carbs are no fun to get off at all. These bikes also have brake issues.....and I mean all Aprilias. Throw away the junk pads and get EBC or SBS out of Europe. The stock brake fluid is factory contaminated.....switch over to good DOT 4 Motul or Bel-ray stuff. I know a lot about these bikes as I have 12k on mine. Any more questions....give me a shout.
