I have gone thru 2 batteries in 30 days. THe machine runs good on short trips but when I go for a long ride it quits. Just before it stops running, all the lights on the console go on and the machine dies. IT will not start with the electronic starter but I can get it to pull start and it will run again for a few miles and then the problem repeats it self. Can anyone tell me what the prob is?

your regulator is burning up your batteries, it will eventually cook the water right of it, and whistle like a tea pot.. replace the black box on the side of your battery mount box.. A bit spendy from a dealer A little cheaper to go with aftermarket product,, "buyer beware"
