| Have the new 2007 kfx90 and the owners manual states to remove the Maximun speed reduction collar from the drive train system to gain full power. Where is this speed limiter located? Our dealer doesn't even know.

| Cindy,
You might want to check ATV Connection Forum website, Seems like they were discussing this same issue. If you need a link contact me at jberry@bellsouth.net.
Also, can you give me insight on this atv. I am looking at buying 2. How fast do they go with the speed limiter screw out??

| The speed limiter is on the right side of the handle bar. It is a small screw with a lock nut. Take a phillips screw driver and a small wrench and turn in the screw and it will limit the travel of the thumb throtle. hope this helps. Mine is brand new and slow slow is yours.

| It is not the screw above the the throtle. There is a collar inside the drive train behind the front sprocket that keeps the bike at a very low speed. The screw on the handle bars is for adjusting how much power you can let the kid have thru the gas.
