I just purchased a new hawkeye and have begun to go through the breakin period(2 tanks of fuel). My question is, Is it normal for it to be very cold natured and to go dead and be hard to restart during this break in time?

I had a few problems with mine at first with the way it was running. I took it to the dealer and they found that there was alot of oil in the air breather box. Apparently, whoever assembled it and put the fluids in, overfilled the crankcase and there was blowback into the airbox which clogged the airfilter.
