| | I am in the process of buying an ATV for my son. He is an athletic kid and much too big for the grizzly 80 he has been riding. I am interested in the Can Am ds 250, the polaris hawkeye 4x4 and Phoenix, or the honda recon. I know the hawkeye is much larger than these others but I don't want an atv he will grow out of in a year. The price isn't the concern its the performance and safety. Anybody have any unbiased results or advice? Thanks |

| I purchased the 200 Phoenix a year or so ago, but my doughter wanted racks so this year we purchased the new 4x4 Hawkeye to feel as though we were uprgrading, we could have went with the sawtooth, we have no power with the hawkeye but the phoenix will out do the hawkey on any hill it will even make ones that the hawkeye would not. so go for the phoenix.
