Which would be better for a bigger guy like me? I have one myself and LOVE IT. i'am 6'7" 300lbs. It is a great bike for biger guys. I rode the raptor and it is smaller (length and width ) it feels small, plus i raced a 660 raptor with mine and beat it the 700 is only around 20cc more its just fuel injected. In my eyes the 650 is way better than the raptor.
