how would you rate the machine verses the Honda 400 4x4. I am looking for a machine that can work around the house, yet still have fun on the trails. Im 50+ so all out speed is not that important to me. Thanks

The Outlander 400 is by far the better machine hands down, Honda has been around a long time but cannot compete with the bombardier at any level!! Check out bombardiers web site for more info and just compare how they are both built and what others are saying. Good luck.
PS, Im 48 years old and I have the 400XT, Love it!

me and my freind both have outlanders man ive had a honda these no comeparisnon the outlander if u let off the gas it will slow down and come to a stop with out hitting the brakes they can pull more there the most comforeatble ride ever u will never get stuck with visco lock they can back up steep hills and not flip over u can put them in 4x4 low and go own a hill a steep hill and they will creep down the hill not slide or just roll down the hill go with the outlander ull have more fun on the trails but still have the power to move pull or do anything around the house or farm

Hello, The Outlander is an awesome quad. I have a friend that has the Honda 650... I can compare my 400 to his 650. I can tell you I have beaten him in several races. I have pulled and pushed him through the deep mud. I know and understand his engine is bigger then mine but the quads do not know this. I have more power and speed then his 650. I am 43 years old and the 400XT I have is perfect for me and I do recommend it to everyone.
