| | I don't understand what 2/4 WD means under "final drive." Other manufacturers reference this information under "transmission." So, my question is, is this machine shaft drive, chain drive, or what? |

| There's a belt that runs from the engine to the tranny, then shafts go to the front and rear differentials.

| A friend of mine just bought this bike, it is shaft drive front and rear and 2/4WD probably refers to the fact that it can be shifted from 4wd to 2wd with the push of a button. It also has a front diff lock lever. Great for mud and snow if you get yourself in a spot.
