| | I currently own a 2004 Acrtic Cat 500 4X4. I was advised by my Arctic Cat dealer where I purchased it new last year that it should be brough in for a 100 mile tune up. I haven't been able to bring it in yet and it currently has 125 miles. I am most worried about the oil, and although I can not bring it in yet, I'd like to at least check the oil and maybe put some new oil in it. Where is the place to check the oil? right side? left side? front somewhere? Do you have to open something up? I searched that thing for 10 minutes straight and couldnt find where to check/change the oil. Also, what kind of oil should I put in it? It will be going in for a tune up soon, I just want to check the oil and put some in it in the meantime. Thanks for any help! |

| | First: you need to take it back and get your money back because you oviously did not get your owners manual which would tell you where to check the oil if the selling dealer did not show you. Second: yes you need to take it back to the dealer for service because you have no clue as to where you put the oil , check the oil and what type of oil goes in it. |
