To solve this you must take the insturment panel off and reverse the high temp and neutral lights around. The belt on your quad must be gettin a little weak. Mine done the same thing when the belt was going bad. They make a belt for the 700 Prairie which is the same as the 650 but is upgraded and stronger. That solved all the problems with my belt by putting a 700 on it. I hope this info works for you.
