| I had a problem overheating with the 650 brute force the radiator had no antifreeze in it ,but the container on the side where you add the fluid said it was full ,so while the machine was running i pulled of the top hose of radiator and there was no fluid in just hot steam so i filled the raditor where the top hose was with fluid and it took alot reattached it and let it run ever since then no more overheating , so dont believe that over flow when it says full . pull the hose and see

| | make sure your radiator fins aren't full of dirt. my friend and I both have had the radiator pack with mud. when this happens there is no air flow to cool the coolant. put a flashlight behind the radiator and make sure you can see through the fins. if not you are not getting the air flow. don't use a high pressure or you will bend the fins. |
