I just purchased a 2003 Bombardier Rally for my 13 year old daughter. It seems a little sluggish out of the hole. Is this typical of the automatic transmission? It almost feels like the brake is on.

Gary, Honestally I wish I could help you out saying that i have previously owned one of these reched machines and that all i can say is that mine had great acceleration which was one fo the few good things that it had, contact your local Bombardier Dealer and have hime check your rear disc brake maybe the rotors are bad, I had the same problem, feel free to e-mail me at pinstripefan90@hotmail.com

Being sluggish out of the hole is Very typical of these machines. Its just how they are. They are good machines but I think people forget that in the Bombardier/Can-Am line up that they are listed under beginner atv's.

I have an 03 and an 04 and they both require extra throttle to get moving it just seems to be the way there are. Does your brake light work and is your right fender craked before the brake pedal?
