Just got my first ATV (for my son). Oil is full but oil light is on. May not be injecting oil? Nothing in the manual on this!?!?

we have a sportsman 90, and have had the same problem. the dealer called polaris and it was the senser it was to close to the oil and the oil kept making it go off. not sure how it was really fixed due to the fact it happen to ours when it was still in warranty.

Hopefully you have bad light or loose or frayed wire to indicator lite. Recommend dealer only repair or troubleshooting to be safe and not ruin an engine. Good luck and be sure to adamently supervise your son, on and off unit. Helmet-helmet-helmet! Have fun!
