Can someone tell me what the dealer invoice is for this bike? I know the retail price is about $6500..but I want to know what the dealer is paying for the bike so I know how much I should offer him Thanks!

It is my understanding that dealers have very little play when it comes to the dark Monsters across the engine sizes. The higher the price of the bike the more the dealer can work with you. It is a great ride, if you ask me they are charging to little for it. But, we will keep that between us.

I just paid $7,999.00 Cdn for a double front disc, dark, brand new, in London Ont. When you do the dollar conversion, about $6000.00 AMERICAN. I figure I got a good deal.

The ducati website shows changes to the look of the monsters for 2005. colored tanks and fenders over grey frames 2004 to the new frame colors matching the tank. it may be that the dealers now have inventory of 2004s and a deal could be made.
