| I bought the same quad for my daughter 2 1/2 years ago. I too have found that after it has sat for an extended period of non-use, it is very difficult to start initially. In this situation, I have learned through my own experience, that if you pump the throttle a few times and start it with the kick starter, it starts much easier. Also, once it does start, just let it idle on its own for about five minutes or so. Be patient. Once the engine has had a few minutes to warm up, it runs great.
I am getting ready to buy another Dinli soon, and move my daughter up to the Helix 90. |

| Most likely you will have to take it back and have the choke circuit replaced. I had the same problem on a 502.

| Calvin, I purchased the same unit for my son and we experienced the same problems. What we have done was to change the key lock as well as move the wiring harness around. I am not sure but I beleive that they are prone to shorts in the wiring harness under the plastic cap below the handlebars. Try that out.
