Dose any one have the same problem my 04 600 has? The front rack vibrates against the plastic light housing when the quad is running and producing a fair amount of torque, especially during acceleration. I can repoduce the sound by banging on the front rack when the machine is at rest. Any fix ideas? Thanks!

hello, i have this same problem. I noticed up under the rack and fender that it was rubbing. I was thiunking of putting some kind of rubber pad under the spot to prevent this. Right now i have a bungy on my rack that i looped under the fender to see if this works. The sound went away so i need to find out how to remount the fender....
