of couse. The banshee is a 2 stroke, 2 cylinder with dual carbs and exhaust. its 350cc puts out much more power than honda's 450r. honda will never beat yamaha, they cant win

Wow, I am surprised by all of the answers to this question. The answer is simple. "It Just Depends." I own and race a Honda 450R, Yamaha YFZ 450 and a Yamaha Banshee. The Banshee has every mod possible from Trinity. The YFZ is modified and the Honda 450R is stock. I was racing with an old pro named Billy Woods. I was on the Banshee, Bill was on the Honda and My father was on the YFZ. Of course every straight away I was far ahead. The curves proved to be a challenged. I was hung out with the 450's close on my tail and getting close in the curves. Now it depends on the rider and his machine. If you take all stock bikes out in the sand I would say that the 450's would have a chance against the banshee. Modified on the track, I think the 450's not saying which is better that the banshee. My modified banshee is insane in the sand giving the 450's no hope. Just a thought.
