| I have a 1996 vulcan 800. It has 2100 miles. I have been considering selling it and either getting a vulcan 750 or a honda 1100. the reason-because I don't know much about bikes and I am afraid of having maintainence problems such as chain, valves, etc.. Is this a good move? gregg

| If you haven't sold it -Don't sell it.
If you have. Good luck.
The 800 is bulletproof,or darn close to it.I ride it everywhere ,gravel roads, dirt fields,Interstate Highways.
It won't flinch.I've done 120 without a windscrean and it tracks straight and true.Granted thats not crotchrocket speeds- But it's fast enough.
Reliabilty? It starts every time.Cold -Choke it.
Good luck with whatever you have.
