| was the valve adjustment tight at 500 miles or ok or is the dealers trying to zap us for 200 beans

| | I had two valves that were too tight and had to reshim. If you have any mechanical skills, you can do it yourself in a couple of hours for at most 40 bucks in parts. |

| Kawasaki recommends a valve adjust at 500 i have seen valves tight at that mileage.most dealers will charge around that amount to check or adjust them with new shims.hope this helps
