| help cant decide beetwen this & dr650 or maybe veestorm 650 have riden somthing all my life mainly dirt bikes but have owned a cruser to boring & limited on handling one sport bike handeld great but very uncomfertable
having hard time chosing limited riding time here in the north would like somthing that can do both [but what]
any thoughts would be welcome thanxs

| | klr 650 is comfortable if youre legs are long enough, probably ok for most people 5'10 +. Its much more of an offroad bike than the vstrom, while the vstrom is a better road bike. Ive seen pictures on the internet of KLR 650s crossing snow covered terrain too. |

| I do know the Kawasaki KLR650 has numerous acessories and is cheap.
The V-Strom is much more of a street bike directed design although improved dirt roads can be ridin' with it.
The DR is something I haven't researched which now I ask myself,Why didn't I?

| I would go with the klr as it has a much larger gas tank so can go farther off roading.

| KLR650 all the way. The DR650 will wear your butt after 20 mins. The KLR has more power, many upgrades are available for low prices. Go to KLR650.com ....enjoy
