| I have a 2004 Shadow Sabre 1100. I am a little curious of how much horsepower these bikes have stock. I have upgrade to Vance and Hines longshot exhaust. Its a beautiful sound, but how much more horsepower does that give me?

| I think I read somewhere around 54 HP to the rear wheel. It was probably a review on one of the earlier models

| Steve is correct. 54 HP is stock. I have a 2001 Sabre with Vance and Hines Long Shots. I took my bike to a sports bike shop to have it rejetted on a dyno. Pipes, rejetting and a K&N air filter are good for a total of about 11 HP, which is about a 20% gain. If you haven't, having your bike rejetted will make all the difference!
