It is shaped to the cowl at its base, and extends up about 10-12 inches. It reduced the blast on my body but is still very low, which adds some blast to the head and made the ride louder. Still, it did give me more confidence/comfort at high speads. Of all the options (BWM, Parabelum, and others) the Wunderlich looks the best but is amoung the lowest. It even has the R1150R logo on one side of the windscreen.
