| Will this bike handle the highway?
I guess what I am asking is, will this bike do 100mph on the expressway?
I heard so much good things about the dr400s. I heard that it is great in in the woods, but before I will buy one I would like to know if it would handle the expressway at 100mph.
thank you for your input.

| Keno, the bike will go 100mph maybe a little faster but that would be wound out and not what the bike is intended for, if you are looking to go that fast get a bandit 1200 or any of the bikes in the GSXR line, if you are looking for a fantastic dual sport that can do it all, get the drZ400S.. | Keep stock counter sprocket and tires and it will do 100 mph, but you are pushing the limit there. not really comfortable to do 100 mph on this for any length of time. Will do 75 mph all day. More for the dirt than street.

| The DR-Z400 may get to 100 mph with a smaller rear sprocket, but will run ~90 in stock form. That's flat out, which takes a toll on engine life, and is not recommended.
